Custom Projects

Trophies, earrings, decorative items—these are a breeze for us and a joy to create. We can also furnish your interior with unique armchairs, lamps, coat hooks, or doorknobs made from recycled plastic. We can also handle larger pieces such as sculptures, light installations, functional objects, and illuminated logos.

A room divider with acoustic paintings for the Elpida Community Center

What might a community’s story look like when printed on recycled plastic? In collaboration with BAT Czech, we created a series of acoustic images for the Elpida Community Center using large-format 3D printing with recycled plastic.

Their reliefs capture real moments from the center’s daily life. Conversations, laughter, and the seniors’ group singing were converted into curves using an algorithm and then robotically printed onto the surface of the images. At the same time, the installation thoughtfully separates the technical facilities with recycling bins from the community garden and helps cultivate the public space.

Book Stand for Milion+

How can you transform thousands of used VELO cartons into a design product? In collaboration with BAT Czech, we created a new sheet material from used packaging, which was given a new lease on life in the form of a limited-edition series of bookends inspired by the Milion Plus label and rapper Yzomandias.

Each bookend contains material from approximately 800 used VELO boxes, which were collected as part of BAT’s recycling campaign. We then shredded the packaging, compressed it into composite panels, and used CNC machining to transform it into the final product.

A chandelier for the atrium of a single-family home

This chandelier was custom-made according to our client’s specifications and vision. Believe us—plastic can be used in creative ways. Take advantage of this opportunity, and together we can create a one-of-a-kind design piece that no one else has at home.

The chandelier hangs in a family home in Králův Dvůr; it weighs 25 kg including the frame and is made of three recyclable parts. The suspension cord is 5 m long, and the individual hemispheres—from smallest to largest—measure 50, 80, and 100 cm.

Chandeliers for the Natoo Bistro

The healthy bistro Natoo was looking for lighting that would fit its concept. In collaboration with Lagardere Travel Retail, we created a design tailored precisely to the bistro’s concept.
Made from recycled plastic and using 3D printing, we fine-tuned the lamps down to the last detail, ready to illuminate every salad and latte.

Chandeliers for Loučeň Castle

Unique lighting for the restaurant at Loučeň Castle.

The owner’s request: I want a bold, colorful, and striking design that enhances the character of the space while respecting sustainability. Based on this request, we designed and manufactured three types of chandeliers that now adorn the interior.

Gifts for Employees of the Maximilian Resort

MARAMA MARAMA

A set of containers inspired by original chandeliers made from recycled plastic. Using 3D printing technology, we’ve created practical and aesthetically pleasing containers that combine functionality with original design.

The containers are multifunctional—they can be used as pencil holders, plant pot covers, jewelry boxes, or even toothbrush holders.

The material we used comes from recycled Czech plastic.

Mirror for the Green Table

Before the start of the 2025 summer break, we installed a new feature—the Mirror of Change—in the GreenTable space together with our designer Jan Kulhánek.

This large-format object, 3D-printed from recycled plastic, not only reflects the visitor’s face but also Veolia’s key values in the areas of sustainability and ESG.

The installation also includes a QR code linking to current ESG reports and community and environmental initiatives. Every time you look at it, it serves as a reminder that change starts with you.

Trophies and Medals

Social Responsibility Association

Trophies for the winners of the 2022 SDG Awards. A combination of unconventional materials and design inspired by the community project Pla(s)teosaurus. A statuette made of recycled plastic using 3D printing, with a base made of recycled concrete and glass, created in collaboration with REBORN DESIGN.

Awards for the Czech Grant Agency

Along with their awards, the winners also received a trophy featuring the agency’s logo. We created the trophy, made of recycled glass and 3D-printed components, in collaboration with GA ČR at Plastenco Design. Designing and producing this unique trophy, which symbolizes science and basic research, is a highly prestigious endeavor for us. The dominant feature consists of circles inspired by the GA ČR logo, rendered in bronze. We added a subtle touch of playfulness: the circles can be moved, removed, bent, and arranged however one’s imagination dictates.

Awards for Brain4industry

We designed the awards for the Brain4Industry Summit, where they will be presented to companies for their achievements in the areas of digitalization, innovation, and education.

Our studio, Plastenco, once again had the opportunity to design unique trophies that combine eco-friendly design with modern technology. The trophies were created by our designer and sustainability expert, MgA. Jan Kulhánek.

Gifts for Influencers

Sustainable, stylish, and with a twist. Just the way we like it.

When Lagardere Travel Retail and Costa Coffee approached us with the idea of combining the launch of their summer products with a focus on sustainability, we didn’t hesitate for a minute.

Together with the Vo.bal sheltered workshop, we gave their old barista shirts a second life, transforming them into stylish keychains with the Costa logo, soft rubber bands, and practical pouches for small items.

Earrings

Veolia Foundation

A collection of earrings for the Veolia Foundation’s online store. Small stud earrings shaped like the inverted Veolia logo and drop earrings shaped like dragonfly wings, symbolizing the campaign to support wetland restoration.

Designer packaging

Rekáva

Organic shapes and vibrant colors. Packaging for a kit to grow oyster mushrooms on coffee grounds. Collaboration with the startup Rekáva on a collection for their e-shop. A circular project in many ways, an aesthetic addition to any interior.
