We are a studio
of product eco-design

We help companies and institutions transform local waste into designer plastic products through innovative 3D printing.

Ecodesign

Design can influence up to 80% of the environmental impacts related to the life cycle of a product. Ecodesign therefore takes into account all stages of the product life cycle. We strive for maximum knowledge of the production material, we create mainly from Czech recycled plastic from verified suppliers. We pay attention to the necessity and real functionality of the product, its reparability, recyclability and durability.

3D Printing & Sustainability

3D printing brings revolutionary possibilities to eco-design in terms of reduced production waste, efficient use of materials, personalisation and reduced emissions. 3D printing is suitable for the production of personalised products in small batches. In addition, it enables the creation of complex geometries and innovative designs that would be difficult to realize with other production methods. Every piece is an original.

Signature design & Customization

We believe that design is the way to bring waste back to life. The final product is a shortcut – it expresses values and a life attitude. We enjoy involving our clients in the design process, they become co-creators. Signature design is characterised by organic shapes and intense colours. It reflects the distinctive character of the client and the space.

PlastIT project

The project FW09020011 „Development of large-format 3D printing from recycled plastics and its commercial application in innovative eco-design“ is co-financed with state support from the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic under the TREND Programme / Subprogramme 2 „Newcomers“.

The project focuses on the development of technology for robotic large-format 3D printing from industrial and municipal waste plastic. The project supports the transition to a sustainable economy by addressing the waste management of plastics. The output will be a patented smart technology for large format 3D printing from waste plastic, as well as the realization of final products such as interior accessories, furniture, furnishings, including outdoor urban furnishings in public spaces. The project partners are Plastenco design s.r.o., Lavaris s.r.o. and the Faculty of Architecture of the Czech Technical University in Prague.

Assistance vouchers of the City of Prague

The project „Large-format printing of waste plastics using an industrial robot“ is supported by the City of Prague and EU – ESIF (ERDF) – OP VVV funds.

The aim of the project is to develop technology for robotic large-format 3D printing of industrial and municipal waste plastic. The project supports the economic application of this technology in practice and the transition to a sustainable economy by addressing the waste management of plastics. The output is the realisation of final products such as interior accessories, furniture, furnishings, including outdoor urban furnishings in public spaces.
